Terms of Service

O'llo is a relationship records tool that helps you organize people, reminders, groups, interaction history, AI-assisted drafts, availability polls, appointments, and related context.

O'llo is not a substitute for professional, legal, medical, financial, or psychological advice.

You are responsible for the information you add to O'llo and for making sure you have the right to store, process, and share it.

You may not use O'llo to harass, profile, discriminate against, spam, surveil, or otherwise harm other people.

If you share a public availability poll link, you are responsible for sharing it only with the intended participants.

You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity that happens through your account.

We may suspend, disable, or terminate access if the service is misused or if continued access would create legal, security, product, or operational risk.

Admin tools may be used to review feedback, manage plan status, and disable or restore accounts when needed for service operation.

Some features may be limited by plan tier. Web subscriptions and RevenueCat Funnel purchases are processed through Stripe, while native subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store. RevenueCat manages purchase and restore flows and cross-platform Pro entitlements; access may depend on successful payment, StoreKit confirmation, or webhook synchronization.

The native subscription title, duration, localized price, and any applicable free-trial terms are displayed near the purchase button. Payment is charged to your Apple ID, and the subscription renews for the same period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. You can manage or cancel it in App Store account settings.

AI drafts, place recommendations, Google Calendar, Meet, or Contacts features, and public poll links may depend on third-party providers. We do not guarantee that every reminder, suggestion, venue, calendar event, contact preview, or AI-generated draft will be available, accurate, or uninterrupted.

O'llo is an early-stage product. Features may change, be interrupted, or be removed as the product develops.

You should review AI-generated drafts, place suggestions, and appointment details before sending or relying on them.
